Summary:
In a dystopian Turkey, the Government installs new networks and antennas throughout the country to send, receive and monitor information. The Antenna installation doesn’t go as planned in a crumbling decrepit apartment complex and Mehmet, the building super-intendant, will have to confront what’s behind the inexplicable transmissions that threaten the residents.
