Writer focusing on the history and philosophy of ideas, Head of Education at Sapienship. Neuman has an MA in history and philosophy of science and ideas from Tel Aviv University. He published two poetry books: Naaman (2015) and Every Place Is Full (2019). Since 2011, his short stories, essays and poems have been published in Israeli and international publications. He was the editor of IPBC's Kan Tarbut station, where he also founded the philosophy podcast Higher Ground. He is the editor of the science fiction podcast Screen Lock.
